STC35 manhole card surveying
Structured manhole inspections completed to recognised survey standards. We record construction type, dimensions, condition, and defects to support asset management, maintenance planning, and reporting requirements.
Locating & drain tracing
Accurate locating and tracing of underground drainage systems to establish routes, depths, and connections. This supports investigation works, repair planning, and reduces risk prior to excavation or construction activity.
Sonar underwater pipe profiling
Specialist sonar profiling used where pipes are submerged or surcharged and traditional CCTV surveys are not suitable. This allows internal pipe condition and geometry to be assessed without the need for dewatering.
Under ground services surveys & utility tracing including ground penetrating radar surveys
Identification and mapping of buried services using established survey techniques, including ground penetrating radar. This supports safe planning and reduces the risk of service strikes during ground works.
Topographical surveys

Cured-In-Place Pipe (CIPP) lining
No dig rehabilitation of cracked, fractured, or deteriorated drainage systems. This includes pitch fibre re-rounding, extending asset life while minimising disruption and excavation.
High pressure water jetting
High pressure water jetting for pre planned and preventative maintenance, blockage clearance, pre survey cleaning, road gully emptying, petrol interceptor service cleaning, root cutting, and obstruction removal. Suitable for both small-scale and large network systems.
