The original investigation wasn't fully accurate but thankfully PipeView did an excellent job identifying the extent of the work and managed to use a cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) lining to save us significant money, disruption to works and time. Ryan was quick to respond and actually offered us an earlier date when another job moved. Dominic came to conduct the survey and he was polite and professional. I contacted PipeView after the my driveway had gradually dropped near to where drains ran underneath. Ryan quickly provided a quote for the survey work. We agreed a date for and he called beforehand to make sure it was still convenient. He did a thorough job of surveying not just the drain I was aware of, but others in the vicinity too. He was very friendly but professional. He left the area spotless. The full report has put my mind at ease regarding the condition of the drains. Whilst on site he was able to identify another drain problem and has since provided a reasonable quote for some required groundworks. This was a small job for Ryan but he gave it the same attention to detail as other more lucrative jobs. Pipeview initially did a survey for my buyer....and I was impressed how they respected my property and the feedback they gave me. Feedback was constructive and practical - not the usual surveyor caution. Ryan and his team carried out a 'pre-purchase' drainage survey for a period property we are hoping to buy, working within a really tight timeframe to fit the work into their already busy schedule. Ryan then provided an incredibly comprehensive report including a clear summary and explanation of their findings, supported by a diagram of the drainage system, detailed report, photos and videos to illustrate, plus recommendations - which has been so helpful. I had a bad experience and was overcharged by the first company I contacted. I asked Ryan for a second opinion and he and his team provided a full report on a potentially blocking drain under my house. They then relined it at a fair price.
